How and Why to Download Play Station ROM

Many video game lovers take their gaming obsessions to the next level by downloading and collecting ROM. Before understanding how and why to download Play Station ROM, it's important to first understand what ROM is. ROM is an acronym which stands for read only memory. This means that the information on the chip cannot be modified or changed in any way.
